I'd say get 16GB if you're just using your PC for gaming, 32 is overkill for that. So I'd say look at pcpartpicker.com, select a merchant where you have an account and buy the cheapest set of 2x8GB there is. Remember that if you only use one slot you'll have your RAM running at half the speed, and that will definitely make a difference.
